Time for TRUE Change!

I have witnessed significant change many times, but real change doesn't happen overnight. People think evolution is just getting away with what they want, but it doesn't happen that way. It requires active and quiet leadership. It requires resilience and perseverance.

Changes can be personal, but they should not be personalized. Because the difference is not about you or me, it's about us.

When fighting for change, two bags must be brought to the table: the "winning" bag and the "compromise" bag. It's usually the latter, the one that creates a better outcome. The "losing" bag is not an option.

In engineering school, I took a "Process Design" class, which taught me that you should not expect perfection when working to improve something. Perfection will only last until you face a new battle. They say that you need to strive for continuous improvement. Why? Because that way, you will always be seeking to be better.

We should ask ourselves, what can I do better? And change will start happening.
